This project outlines a community street soccer tournament planned for Calgary’s Stampede Week. I developed the event concept, budget, marketing plan, and risk management strategy. The project demonstrates skills in planning, budgeting, and community engagement. AI tools assisted with drafting and editing, while all research, structure, and planning were completed independently.
